Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all appointments:

Deposits are non refundable.

Appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a rebooking fee totaling 100% of the missed service.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a rebooking fee up to 50% of the missed service
​

All rebooking fees must be paid in full prior to rescheduling the missed appointment. The service is still provided at the original cost.
