New Guests:

Book a consultation for a color match, extension selection and to order your hair ($25 cost for this visit)

Pay your retainer fee which confirms the installation appointment. This payment is non transferrable and non refundable.

Select a date for your installation appointment (approximately 2 weeks after the initial consultation)
The First Appointment Includes:​

Installation of 100% human hair extensions

A haircut to blend hair
-
A finished style and styling tutorial
-
A mini photoshoot to showcase your new look

You may or may not need a color service as well during this appointment. We will determine this at your initial consultation

The final price will be determined during our consultation based on your desired result and chosen extension type.
Maintenance Appointments:

I will need to see you every 6-8 weeks for:

Extension removal or move-up service. This prevents natural hair breakage

Reinstallation of extensions

You aren't required to book a cut or style with these appointments, so arrive with clean, dry hair.

If you'd like to book additional services, we can do so at the standard charge for those services.
Long Term Expectations:​

Generally, you'll invest in new extension hair every 3-12 months.

The longevity of hair varies based on how well you care for your extension hair daily at home.

I will suggest a haircare plan to increase the longevity of your investment
Cancellation Policy:​
This policy applies to all appointments

Deposits are non-refundable.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a rebooking fee totaling 100% of the missed service.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a rebooking fee of up to 50% of the missed service

All rebooking fees must be paid in full before rescheduling the missed appointment. The service is still provided at the original cost.
